Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil 750ml (1023)

We cold-pressed the olives of our garden in Bozdoğan, which we harvested early in October 2020, and left them to rest in our steel tanks in our climatized warehouses, so that they do not come into contact with air and light. We did not filter our olive oil in order to keep the beneficial compounds at the maximum level.

When you smell this precious extra virgin olive oil, lemon freshness and fruity notes are intensely felt; when you taste intense fruitiness is at the forefront, makes you feel the difference with the slight burning left behind the throat.

With its maximum acid value of 0.28% in terms of oleic acid, we recommend that you consume it raw in your salads or for breakfast.
