In October 2021, we cold-pressed a limited number of Memecik type olives, which were harvested early from our garden. This year, we decided to offer this precious oil, which is only 148 bottles, to your liking in its fresh form. We did not filter in order to keep the beneficial components in its content at the maximum level. In this way, we aimed for you to experience the taste of Memecik olives, a type of olive unique to our region, in its freshest form and at the maximum level.

Our Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a light fruity scent. In accordance with the characteristic feature of the Memecik olive, it manifests itself with a slight burning sensation behind the palate after swallowing. Because it is fresh, its color is dark and cloudy; over time, sediment may form in it. We recommend that you consume Cold-Pressed Extra Virgin Memecik Olive Oil, which is produced in only 148 bottles, raw in your salads and breakfasts.
