We thought of you while we were producing it for ourselves in 2018, and since than we are happy to bring you a limited number of Apple Cider Vinegar every year. We produce it from the best quality Gala apples of Korkuteli Elmalı region. The first step of the fermentation process is; alcohol fermentation; then it was subjected to vinegar fermentation. Aged for 8 months, mother of vinegar is preserved in, unpasteurized and unfiltered, for these reasons, it is a live product with cloudy appearance and it is even better for your body this way.
